New Construction/ Commercial:
A detailed report of all accessible systems and components of the building, including:
- Structure
- Exterior
- Roof
- Plumbing
- Electric
- HVAC
- Interior
- Kitchen, Bath and Insulation
- Digital Photos of deficiencies
- Budgeted repair figures provided if necessary
The generated report will state what deficiencies exist, why they are deficiencies and the necessary repair methods.
In order to provide the most thorough new construction inspection, we require 48 business hours to format the final report.
It can then be sent to whomever you request via fax or e-mail. Clients will typically use our reports as their
'punch list' of items for the developer to repair. The reported success rate of these reports is excellent.
Existing Construction:
A detailed report of all accessible systems and components of the building, including:
- Structure
- Exterior
- Roof
- Plumbing
- Electric
- HVAC
- Interior
- Kitchen, Bath and Insulation
- A 300+ page manual and binder to help you maintain your new purchase for years to come.
All observed deficiencies will include budget figures which clients use to either: negotiate during the purchase
phase or plan for upcoming necessary repairs. The report is generated on site and available immediately.
All inspections include support via e-mail or phone as long as you own the property. We are here to guide you with
